I finally started 개구리 정원의 살인 by 황정은 (Hwang Jeong-eun)

I just can’t resist a book that has 살인 （homicide, murder） in its title, but the reason why I bought this one is because I liked another book by this author (not the author of One Hundred Shadows, although they’re both called 황정은).

I feel bad, because I ended up putting that book aside (살인 오마카세), but I remember really loving it, it was just not a good reading time for me…
And I feel like I’m going to love 개구리 정원의 살인, well at least, I really enjoy the beginning!
And the chapter pages are beautiful, I love books that have a thoughtful design.

Cover of 개구리 정원의 살인 with the word 살인 (homicide, murder) written in big letters in the middle. The cover is black with many green leaves scattered on it and rounded lines that could be ripples.
Double page inside a book. The left page displays the black and white picture of a lake with some branches on the foreground. The right picture displays the chapter title and has a pattern of leaves.
