I’ve been using two black pigmented inks for a while now: Sailor Kiwaguro and Platinum Carbon Black, and my conclusion is that I prefer the Platinum one on the Midori notebook paper.
I’ll probably buy a bottle once I finish this sample. It’s going to be my go-to black ink.

I feel like the Sailor ink (first picture) would kind of smudge if I were to touch it with my oily fingers, whereas the Platinum one (second picture) looks fully dried. So even though I like both, I feel more comfortable using the Platinum ink.
